Jon Hill

Chief Executive Officer

Jon Hill is the CEO of TransformXD and a patented engineer with a lifelong passion for technology and innovation. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from UVA. After a few years in the workforce, he discovered his entrepreneurial drive. Over his 20+ year career, Jon has earned multiple patents, built successful companies, led teams, and helped design and architect software managing critical facilities worldwide. He is an expert in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) software systems and deploying complex systems to enterprise clients.

Marc Marion

Chief Operating Officer

With a career spanning over 25 years, Marc Marion, COO of TransformXD, has excelled in various industries with a focus on technology. Starting in Land Surveying across the U.S. and the Caribbean, he pivoted to the Modeling and Simulation Industry, specializing in AR, VR, XR, and gaming applications. Marc also established MedSim training centers for a major US healthcare system. For the past five years, as Director of Business Operations at Allen & Company, he enhanced technology use and led numerous training and professional development programs, significantly contributing to workforce and leadership development.

Kyle Binni

Chief Technology Officer

Kyle Binni, the Chief Technology Officer at TransformXD, is a seasoned technical sales leader, innovator, and problem solver with nearly three decades of experience. Renowned for his blend of technical expertise and creativity, Kyle excels in solving problems and crafting solutions for friends, colleagues, and customers. He believes life is an art, and this philosophy is reflected in his work, inspiring those around him.

Chase Olson

Managing Director

Chase Olson is a digital transformation leader with over a decade of experience in Scan-to-BIM, geospatial data, and advanced technologies like drones, AI, and AR/VR. As Managing Director at TransformXD, he delivers Reality Capture, BIM, and GIS solutions for Smart Cities and AEC sectors, executing over 750 engineering projects. Chase’s leadership extends to founding Smart Sky Tech Hub, recognized as Brazil’s top engineering firm in 2023. His portfolio includes high-impact projects such as digitizing São Paulo’s infrastructure and healthcare facilities, showcasing his expertise in integrating innovative technologies to optimize sustainability and urban development. Chase brings a proven track record in delivering value-driven geospatial solutions.

Ed Martin

Engagement Lead

Ed Martin, Chief Innovation Officer at TransformXD, has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and technology. His expertise includes digital twin technologies, reality capture, engineering design, data management, model-based system design, simulation, real-time 3D, and mixed reality. Previously, Ed was a senior director at Unity Technologies, leading digital twin initiatives, and held various roles at Autodesk, spearheading manufacturing initiatives and collaborating with the AEC team. His automotive industry experience includes developing complex control systems and deploying manufacturing systems at scale.

Matt Byrd

Advisor/Investor

Matthew Byrd is a visionary entrepreneur, advisor and speaker, focused on advanced technologies and innovation across the built environment. His professional journey began in geospatial services, and his entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Nexus 3D onsulting in 2016, a company that quickly became a global leader in geospatial and reality capture services. Nexus 3D’s growth led to its acquisition by Allen & Company in 2023. Matthew has advised and supported projects alongside companies like ExxonMobil, Tesla, Microsoft, Amazon, Micron, Albertsons, AECOM, HDR, Department of Defense, FBI, and more.
